TDI GI Claims department is responsible for delivering a legendary customer experience through simple, fast and fair claims resolution while ensuring financial results by focusing on the client experience, strong risk management, a well-run operating model, and being an extraordinary place to work.


The Xpress Claims Advisor delivers frontline service to customers by providing a legendary customer experience. This role is the initial point of contact for all claims and is responsible providing advise on policy coverage and the claims process and is wholly responsible for express claims that meet the “straight through claims process” eligibility requirements. This role will collaboratively work with internal and external partners to ensure claims are handled accurately and in a timely manner.


Customer Experience
• Create a legendary customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to on-going improvement of the overall customer experience
• Provide sound advice at every customer interaction to create a legendary customer experience
• Appropriately leverage external vendors, approved and non-approved
• Complete straight through process for claims that meet the eligibility requirements
• Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately and escalating issues when necessary
• Advise the customer of coverage and the claims process
Develop and Manage the Team/Teamwork
• Contribute to a positive working environment
• Demonstrate flexibility to be able to change activities based on customer and business needs
• Actively participate in the performance management process
• Meet professional/personal development objectives by utilizing learning maps and external courses as required
• Engage in and complete all internal training required for the role

Full Time: Must be flexible to support business hours of operation between Monday – Friday 8 am – 11 pm and Saturday/Sunday 9 am – 7 pm

Part Time – Set Shift: Guaranteed 25 hours per week up to 35 hours based on the business needs. Must be able to work evening shifts until 11 pm weekdays and anytime between 9 am – 7 pm Saturday / Sunday (ranging from 5 hours to 7 hours per shift)


Training will be approximately 5-6 weeks Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm (Attendance is Mandatory)

START DATE: Must be able to start Friday, December 4th, 2015
