Job Summary
Your role as VP of Commercial Lines is to design and implement business strategies, establish policies that support profitable growth, promote company culture and vision, and oversee operations of the retail organization for commercial Lines.

 Job Duties/Responsibilities
1 Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement within commercial lines
2 Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with EBITDA, Revenue, Growth and Retention targets.
3 Monitor quality control with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed for CL.
4 Prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting for CL
5 Maintain and build trusted relationships with Insurance partners, branch managers, and stakeholders
6 Comply with all company policies and procedures
7 Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by the COO, Retail

Qualifications and Experience
*College or University Diploma
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* RIBO license is active and in good standing
* 5 years successful commercial insurance experience
* 5 years successful insurance management experience
