We are currently recruiting the following Underwriting Manager position for our client in Oakville, ON:

Position: Underwriting Manager

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + Bonus

Location: Oakville, ON

Duration: Permanent Full Time position

Position Overview:

7+ years’ experience in Mortgage Operations Management
Work closely with direct reports who collaborate with lenders to manage the underwriting and approval process for residential mortgage insurance.
Post-secondary education
Strong operations and leadership experience with large and diverse teams
Manage the underwriting processes and implement solutions to increase operational efficiencies and capabilities.
