Full-Time TSR/Portal Specialist – North York
Job Description
Our Client is a well-established, family-run brokerage in the North York area. They have a strong workplace culture that challenges and encourages team members to become long-term employees. They are seeking a professional and well-experienced Personal Lines TSR to join their team.
Duties include:
- Assist account managers in processing new business and policy changes
- Key and upload new business applications into company portals
- Prepare insurance binders
- Issue certificates of insurance
- Provide proof of insurance documents
- Maintain and issue liability slips
- Assist with special projects as they arise
- Pull reports when needed (MVR, Auto+, HITS)
Requirements:
- RIBO license an asset
- Experience with Company Portals is a must!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel an asset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of common insurance terminology
- Insurance industry experience an asset
