Contract Technical Support Representative (TSR) – Policy Insurance – 6 month contract
Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Commercial Lines, the Technical Support Representative (TSR) – Policy Insurance position assists the Commercial Lines department in meeting service level objectives by updating client information and producing quality documents.
As a PBL Technical Support Representative you will:
- Process and issue endorsements, renewals and new business documents in Policy Works
- Prepare binders, motor vehicle liability cards and certificates of insurance.
- Update client data in Policy Works.
- Scan and attach documents in Paper Wise.
- Complete duties according to corporate policies and procedures.
To be successful in this roll you will need:
- Post-Secondary Education in Insurance or Business is an asset
- RIBO designation preferred or the ability to obtain quickly in needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ongoing personal development
- Working knowledge of Agency Manager (TAM) and Policy Works is a requirement
- Experience working in a fast paced electronic multi-task environment along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up on uncompleted tasks
- High performance team player with a positive and outgoing attitude
