Technical Service Representative – Personal Lines
An ideal candidate must be RIBO licensed with a minimum of five years of

- Commitment to learn and adhere to inhouse standards and service
levels - Monitoring the quality of data and client underwriting information; Maintain file integrity for the
protection of clients - Proficient with multiple company portals and underwriting regulations
- Stay current with ongoing changes in underwriting guidelines, products, and endorsements from
our insurance partners, with the ability to apply the regulations to customer specific situations - Navigate underwriting manuals and correctly interpret company guidelines to make appropriate
decisions - Understand how to read policy declaration pages for all insurance partners.
- Embrace technology; Ability to work from various systems and carrier platforms as part of day to day function
Special preferences: Aviva level 5, experience with Epic/Applied systems
