• Insurance Company portals daily – access various Insurance Company portals
• Maintain client files- endorsement process, renewal process
• Follow internal procedures and workflows
• Work closely with brokers and producers
• Process new business and renewals
• Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications: 

• RIBO license – is a bonus
• Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High performance team player
• Positive & outgoing attitude
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, and follow-up on uncompleted tasks
• Insurance knowledge and experience
