Personal Lines Team Leader – Toronto
You Are:
RIBO Licensed with a minimum of 5 years Personal Lines Exp
Fair, Kind and an example of Integrity
Confident, able to lead and motivate your team
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Organized and able to prioritize your workload
Proficient in TAMS, CQ, Microsoft 365.
You Will:
Maintain and service an assigned book of business
Be a resource and reference for your team
Train and Develop new and existing staff
Ensure SOP are followed
Assist Dept Manager &/or VP with team meetings and audits
You may:
Handle complaint calls
Approve Vacation and Time Off Requests
Monitor for adequate staffing, work hours, lunches, vacations
Delegate work, provide guidance and direction to your team
Make decisions on client files.
