Surety Administrator
Our client is a well-established brokerage offering a wide variety of products and services including a large client base within the Construction industry.
Qualifications:
- RIBO Licensed
- 2+ years’ insurance experience
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Must be Professional-excellent business attitude and able to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in reporting on the Agency Manager System (TAM), Internet and Microsoft Office-Word, Outlook and Excel applications
Job Description:
- Prepares and issues Contract Surety Bonds, review and proof read specifications to verify requested documents.
- Upload and sign Electronic Bonds, Process bond transactions etc.
- Sign Bonds on behalf of Surety Company by having Power of Attorney
- Liaise with underwriters, clients and brokers.
- Other miscellaneous administrative and clerical functions as required from time to time.
