About the Role
Our location in Mississauga East is looking for a Sales & Service Manager to join our growing team at the Mississauga East location. The Sales & Service Manager is the leader of the growth, retention, and development of the largest branch office of our Company . This role comes with a mighty team of sales and service individuals in both personal lines and commercial lines.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to sales brokers to help them hit expected sales targets
- Accountable for office staffing and leadership of the team,
- Provide guidance and support to service agents
- Handle client escalations effectively and ensure they are handled in an appropriate manner
- Train, develop, coach, and mentor all members of their Team
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge and proven successful sales experience in commercial and personal lines insurance
- Natural leader with experience managing teams
- Strong working knowledge of Powerbroker and Applied Rating Services
- Ability to work to improve the effectiveness of those that report to you
- Experience leading a fast-paced and quickly scaling team
Required Education
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
- Post-Secondary Degree or diploma
- Active RIBO licence
