Sr Personal Lines CSR – St Catharines, ONOur client is seeking a Senior Personal Lines CSR to join their team in St Catharines.Your will:
provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues and Jr and Intermediate team members
provide leadership and enhance morale in the branch location
provide reporting to Manager and Principal brokers with regard to branch performance and training requirements -successes and areas of development
Empower staff to next level service
Responsible for the full service cycle for assigned group of clientsSkills:
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
High Degree of Professionalism and Integrity
In depth knowledge and understanding of Personal Lines Products and Underwriting
Highly organized, able to prioritize and multi task, attention to detail
Team Player, Patient, Enthusiastic and Dedicated

Qualifications:
RIBO licensed
5 years of Personal Lines experience preferred
Experience coaching or managing a team an asset
