Full-Time Senior Field ClaimCare Advisor
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, claims professional to join our team! Reporting to the ClaimCare Supervisor, Commercial Property in Cambridge, you will be responsible for the field investigation and settlement of claims within the Kitchener – Waterloo Region.
As a Senior Field ClaimCare Advisor, you will be an important part of our Catastrophic ClaimCare Response Team. Providing quality service to our customers, through task assignments or the handling of files is essential to this role
Our Senior Field ClaimCare Advisor will have strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills, along with a passion for providing great customer service in a variety of claims scenarios.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years claims adjusting experience is required; including senior complex losses.
• Field claims handling experience preferred.
• Experience in multiple lines of business preferred.
• University degree, college diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating system is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Working towards achieving their CIP designation.
• Proficient skill with computer applications including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
• Ability to travel as required.
