We’re looking for a Senior Director, Claims (AB &BC) with strong leadership and relationship building skills.

- Can lead, direct and monitor the auto, commercial auto, property and injury claims function.
- Can deliver a claims handling approach that enhances and contributes to customer experience, growth and efficient operations.
- Can think strategically and work to manage and monitor claims activities ensuring that processes and procedures align with customer expectations; are cost effective and meet best practices in the industry.
- want to leverage your leadership skills for good – like actively supporting SGI’s culture, expanding your own learning, and supporting your team as they do the same.
Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business and twelve years’ experience comprised of eight years of leadership experience with progressively challenging responsibility and four years’ experience in property and farm business claims adjusting.
