Job Summary:
The Senior Underwriter underwrites and services moderate to increasingly complex accounts while working hard to develop long-standing relationships and striving to exceed expectations.
You bring to the table:
- University degree or College diploma
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial underwriting experience (Property/Casualty, as well as Auto preferred)
- CIP/FCIP &/or CRM
- Experience delivering training and mentorship to junior underwriters and support staff
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 1 position will require someone that is fluently bilingual (French/English)
