Our commercial policyholders rely on our dedicated commercial claims team to get their business back on track in their time of need. You’ll be responsible for investigating and understanding commercial property losses, negotiating fair and timely claims outcomes and working closely with our vendor partners to ensure success. The skills and experience you need to make a difference:
- Minimum 4 years property claims handling experience is required
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required
- Previous commercial property claims experience is required
- CIP designation or actively pursuing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
