• Reconciling and ensuring compliance with all intercompany agreements
• Preparing IBC filings on insurance
• Preparing Profit Commission calculations on intercompany deals
• MGA reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with OSFI B3 guidelines
• Ensure sufficient funding for unregistered reinsurance recoveries.
• Coordinate with branch and Insurance underwriting contacts
• Maintain Expense Management contracts between related parties

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years or accounting experience in Reinsurance and/or Insurance P&C industry
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Deadline oriented
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills
• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CPA designation an asset but not required
