We are “On the hunt” for Sales Brokers, commercial and/or personal lines, with ownership of an established book of business
You will own 100% of your Book of Business.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have been working for an insurance brokerage in commercial or personal lines and you have ownership of your book of business.
Your sales production has been good but your compensation package is not affording you a good living
You do not have the markets to be able to compete
You don’t have a non compete agreement with your current firm and you don’t have any restrictions to hinder you from moving to another firm.
Your search for change “must” remain confidential.
SOLUTION:
You would receive 50% commission on New Business
You would receive 50% commission on Renewals.
You would have a CSR to assist you with servicing your book of business. The CSR would handle all of your processing of endorsements etc.
