Sales Manager – Commercial Lines
Comma Recruitment are looking for a Producer with 5 + years sales experience with a proven track record of success with the ability to build a book of business and develop a strong sales team, ideally will have some Commercial background along with leadership experience.
Working with multi national insurance company, you will have a strong network of existing broker contacts and the ability to build relationships.
Continually assessing the competition and market opportunities to develop and implement appropriate action plans.
Selecting, developing and managing a capable team, developing employee engagement strategies & employee development plans.
Ensuring the delivery of optimal results within appropriate performance metrics.
Ensuring the development and maintenance of appropriate policies, practices, selling techniques and continuous development initiatives.
Developing and maintaining effective strategic partnerships with brokers in the region and throughout Canada.
Superb remuneration with uncapped commissions/bonuses, base salary starting at $100k, excellent benefits and vacation.
