As a HUB Personal Lines Sales Producer out of our St. Catharines office, you will prospect for business based on your local networks, connections, and communities. You will be supported by the HUB International corporate office and regional offices with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey. You will be the cornerstone of our superior customer service and will be charged with ensuring client satisfaction. In the Insurance Sales Producer role, you must be an independent self-starter who is able to sell and develop strong business relationships. We are seeking confident professionals who are not afraid of cold-calling and developing new business. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and novice professionals alike, with sales experience.
Specific responsibilities include:
– Identify prospects through existing networks and expanding those networks in securing more leads for HUB – Provide auto and property insurance quotations to prospects; maximizing every sales opportunity for obtaining referrals
-Develop opportunities for refer other lines of business to other units (e.g. Commercial / Wealth Management) – Appropriately match risk to the insurer and eliminate potential risks by selling right products to clients – Increase sphere of influence by being an active participant in associations, industry and social events
-Develop personal strategies for profitable sales consistent with division goals and objectives –
