Full-Time Research Officer – Commercial Lines Corporate Underwriting

If this sounds like you, we’d like you to join our Commercial Lines Corporate Underwriting team as a permanent, full-time Research Officer in Regina. The insurance industry is rapidly changing and we are facing new challenges and opportunities as we grow our operations across Canada – we need data-driven recommendations that will guide our strategic business decisions as we expand our business and make changes to how we operate. We will be looking to you to prepare and interpret data to inform our decisions and solve business problems. You will influence commercial guidelines and procedures which contribute to the effective, efficient and profitable underwriting in all regions.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years experience in commercial property insurance. The successful applicant will be expected to pursue a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
