PROPERTY/CASUALTY CLAIMS EXAMINER – Laval

Responsibilities:
- Handle multi-line claims of moderate to high complexity (Commercial Lines & Personal Lines)
- Examine reports from field adjusters and lawyers, and provide direction
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience handling multi-line claims
- University/ College Grad
- CIP or working towards
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Fluently bilingual – French/English
