Our client is a global expert in Property Damage Control.  They prevent, control and mitigate the effects of water, fire and climate by creating solutions enabled by people, knowledge and technology. Every year they help thousands of people. They are proactive in designing and delivering new innovative solutions to meet the needs of their customers.  Rapidly growing they are looking to add a new Project Manager to their team.

Job Mission:

Reporting to the Unit Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for scoping, estimating, producing and completing assigned projects in order to satisfy the agreed customer service level and expected job standards in a timely fashion.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Deliver estimates within expected customer and Company service standards
  • Deliver job reports, forms within expected customer and Company service standards
  • Execute project services within expected customer and Company service standards
  • Practice diligent and proactive customer communication (from setting expectations through completion and invoicing, the P.M. informs both internal and external stakeholders of what has been done and what are the next steps)
  • Facilitate prompt billing by providing all required actions and documentation promptly
  • Ensure invoice accurate
  • Diligent supervision of Company resources including employees and sub-contractors
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers

Service Quality

  • Respect Company service delivery processes
  • Accountable for the excellence of the project execution
  • Recommend appropriate additional service solutions
  • Always deliver high quality standards and best practices
  • Responsible for diligent and accurate damage assessment (moisture map, ambient reading, pictures)
  • Always display professionalism: punctual, professional appearance, vehicles, uniforms, oral and written communication

Responsible for project financial management

  • Execute a diligent scope of work
  • Execute accurate estimates assessing both costs and revenue in order to deliver maximize profitability
  • Be sure to identify additional service opportunities to maximize potential project revenue
  • Ensure accurate and diligent job registration (Time, equipment, material, etc.)
  • Diligently provide all required system data and review accuracy in order to facilitate prompt billing
  • Diligently respect change order process
