Job Description

Aon is looking for a Process Analyst (Toronto)

As part of an industry leading team you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Risk Solutions team in our Toronto, Ontario office. As a Process Analyst, you will report directly to the Canadian Team Leader.

Your impact as a Process Analyst:

Operational Excellence:
Producing certificates of insurance
Maintaining and creating certificate information within Xpress
Providing assistance to account assistants and account managers as required
Assisting the department with testing and implementation of new initiatives
Maintaining client relations ensuring ‘best practices’ are maintained
Updating account user manuals
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
Insurance experience preferred
Minimum of one year office experience
RIBO license completed
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player that is able to work in a high volume area
