Personal Lines VIP Account Manager
This role is ideally suited for that individual who inspires confidence in others. You are dealing with high net worth clients. You would be responsible for day to day servicing activity of High Net Worth accounts including, but not limited to, renewal reviews, marketing, policy changes, account rounding, quoting for existing clients and prospects. Responsible for meeting commitments for superior service to our VIP customers.
You should be familiar with markets who provide superior coverage for distinctive homes, automobiles*, private collections, yachts and more
Requirements:
- RIBO licensed
- 5 years Insurance Service experience working with VIP clients
- Communicate and perform clearly and quickly.
- Dependable and conscientious.
- Work with little supervision.
- Able to make decisions and have the ability to know when a Manager’s input is required.
- Keeping up with the changes of the insurance industry and computer systems.
- Continuing education of the insurance industry must be a priority.
- Be cheerful, outgoing and well-groomed and professional by adhering to company Values.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Word and Excel & Company portals.
