The successful TSR candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following duties:
Ability and experience in using insurer portals. Our main insurers are Intact, Wawanesa, Aviva, Travelers and Chieftain.
Familiarity with Compu-quote home and auto insurance quoting software. Assisting CSR?s and Brokers with personal lines and small business clients. This will include remarketing, quoting, review of endorsements, invoicing as required and general inquiries.
Preparing documentation for insurers, clients, lawyers, mortgagees and lienholders.
Keeping current on required training, underwriting rules and workflow processes.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
RIBO Insurance License
High School and/or Post Secondary Education
A minimum of 1 year of prior insurance brokerage experience. Exposure to Agency Manager is an asset.
A friendly and clear telephone voice.
A strong customer focus and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others.
Excellent multi tasking, analytical and organizational skills.
Applicants must be permanently eligible to work in Canada upon hire. Proof of eligibility may be requested.
This position is a full time salaried position. We also offer RIBO licensed staff a full commission discount on personal lines insurance purchased for their personal needs.
