Personal Lines TSR/CSR – Woodbridge
Insurance Career Network is a recruitment firm focused exclusively on the insurance industry. Our relationships, knowledge and leading experience enable us to connect leading insurers, brokerage firms and independent adjusting firms with the most talented candidates for each role.
Our client is located in Woodbridge and currently looking for a Personal Lines TSR that wants to grow and handle some CSR work. In this position you will be working in both positions on about a 50/50 split of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Process work on company portals and insurance systems and data entry
- Works with One Producer and assist as needed
- Assign work to others when required
- Scanning documents
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on time
- Dedicated and career minded individuals
- Speaking to clients and offering options and professional advice
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
Requirements:
- RIBO License is an asset
- 1 + years of personal lines insurance experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) a must, personable and presentable
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of various insurance company portals
- Extremely accurate and strong attention to detail
- TAM and Compuquote experience a plus
