Personal Lines Technical Service Representative
Job Purpose
Provide professional and timely technical processing support to the Personal Lines Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process all new business, cancellations, endorsements, re-instatements and renewals.
- Process new business on portals.
- Process and underwrite Lloyds portfolio
- Prepare advice lists that accompany all renewals as Part Company’s E&O prevention strategy.
- Contribute to administrative support as may be required from time to time.
- Any other responsibilities or duties as allocated by management.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma
- RIBO licence asset but not required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Excellent active listening skills
- A professional sense of image awareness
- Fundamental insurance knowledge
- Computer literate
- The Agency Manager insurance related software
