Job Description
Our client is rapidly growing. They are looking for strong and motivated Customer Service Reps to manage their Personal Lines Book of Business.

The Role:
Handle policy change requests and policy cancellations
Resolve customer service related inquiries
Quote new business, up-sell and cross-sell as required
Follow underwriting guidelines for all major markets and high-risk markets
Develop relationships with insureds and underwriters
Maintain a high level of customer service standards
Experience:
RIBO License in good standing
Minimum 1-year experience in a sales/service environment (Personal Lines)
Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance
Prior experience working with broker systems would be an asset
High level of communication skills both written and verbal
Well organized and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
Prior experience working with MS Office Product
