Full-Time Personal Lines Sales Broker
Job Description
Our Client is looking for a motivated Sales Broker to become a member of their personal lines sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and online inquiries
- Following up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional service and professional advice
- Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy
- Following company insurance binding guidelines
- Working well with other team members
Qualifications:
- Motivated self-starter who is results driven and has a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service and sales track record
- RIBO license with minimum of 1 year personal lines experience or RIBO licenced and sales experience in another industry
- Call Centre experience is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in Broker Management Systems, CompuQuote, CRMs and other insurance technologies is an asset
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays is an asset
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission structure
- Monthly bonus program
- Group benefits plan after 3 months
