Personal Insurance Producer – Ottawa
Base Salary Plus Commission or Commission Only

Our client currently has an opening for a results oriented, highly organized and capable individual to work as a Personal Lines Producer within their team.
Responsibilities
New business generation through multiple leads sources, calls, walk-ins, and internet leads
Provide strong customer service skills within a team and communicate effectively
Maintain accurate client information on Applied EPIC and Insurance Portals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Stay current in an evolving industry to educate clients on insurance and find solutions
Qualifications
RIBO licensed with at least 2 years of personal lines experience
Proficient on EPIC, ARS and MS Office is an asset
Exceptional people skills with a true desire to help clients in a sales environment
Client development/relationship management experience
Focus on continuing education, open to coaching techniques, and career development
An organized self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills
Post-secondary education, undergraduate degree preferred
Bilingual is an asset
