The Paisley Partners Inc, a Navacord company, is hiring for great talent in the Insurance Industry! We are accepting applications for those who are motivated by selling personal lines in the thriving personal insurance department, reporting to the Director of Personal Insurance.


  • Quote New Business submitted by internal producers and or inbound calls.
  • Create opportunities within Epic for tracking.
  • Run supporting reports ie MVR, Autoplus etc.
  • Create New Business package to be sent to clients or producers.
  • Find solutions for hard to place business.
  • Build a relationship with carrier underwriters and teams.
  • Stay up to date on carrier coverage changes and enhancements.
  • Upload new business in portals.
  • Learn and understand the unique needs of a High-Net-Worth client.
  • Transfer client relationship to service team.
  • Other duties that may be assigned at a later date.


  • Advanced knowledge of EPIC brokerage software and Carrier Portals
  • VIP Experience
  • Working towards C.A.I.B. designation desirable
  • Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to be a self starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Regular in office attendance.
  • RIBO License
