PERSONAL LINES NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER (2 positions)

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales to meet weekly/monthly sales targets
- Proactively manage x-date, mono-line, prior quoted and cancellation lists to generate sales
- Weekly and monthly pipeline planning and goal setting
- Respond to inbound prospects via live chat, website leads or marketing campaigns
- Accurately quote all new prospects
- Communicate with underwriters and obtain approvals for underwriting referrals
- Ensure the quality of business written meets guidelines
- Interpret/resolve conflicts, correspond with prospects/new clients and explain complicated coverages or premium differences
- Ensure clients fully understand policy coverages and exclusions
- Maintain up-to-date client electronic files
- Keep current on underwriting rules both in-house and for individual companies
You bring to the table:
- RIBO license required, Life License is an asset
- CIP or CAIB or working towards
- Prior sales training/experience an asset
- Effective listening and people skills
