Job Description
We are currently looking for a RIBO licensed Broker, who is experienced, motivated and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join our team as a Personal Lines account Manager. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience working in the industry and have experience with Applied EPIC and Applied Rating Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide Client service; meeting with clients, phone calls, emails and paper correspondence
Process policy changes, cancellations, claims, issue invoices, and retrieve payment
Review new business, renewals and endorsements for accuracy and ensuring proper coverage
Communicate with underwriters and Company departments
Make changes to clients’ policies, explain coverage, and remarket policies for better premiums
Prepare, proposals, applications, and certificates for clients
Educate and & Advise clients on insurance solutions, coverage changes, increased premiums and ensuring clients fully understand their coverage and exclusions
Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, insurers and underwriters
Selling other lines & cross sell opportunities
Assist and provide support to the fellow PL account managers
Flexible to provide various other assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications
Mandatory active RIBO licensed is required in good standing
Working knowledge in personal lines
Experience in the use of a Broker Management System & Quoting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Ability to Multitask
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Professional, friendly and respectful in all interactions
Team player & coachable
