Full-Time Personal Lines Inside Sales
Our Client has an opportunity for an In-House Property Sales Producer. Our preferred candidate understands the property insurance market and enjoys helping customers navigate the complex world of insurance.
They are a family operated organization servicing all of Ontario with personal, commercial and financial insurance advice.
This opportunity is suited for an individual who thrives from a fast-paced environment, the willingness to help customers with their risks, strong knowledge of property, automobile, watercraft, and recreational underwriting. To apply, you must have a valid, Registered Insurance Broker License in Ontario and been employed in the insurance industry for no less than three years.
The daily workflow consists of taking leads which are supplied by the brokerage, triage each lead, speaking to prospective client, underwriting the risk, and secure insurance coverage. Our sales team counsels the consumer and liaise with the various insurance companies. We provide mentoring and education to the customer to help “manage the costs” of today’s insurance policies while selecting the best package for their individual needs.
Answering inbound calls.
Upload personal information into the quoting vender.
Review and discuss all potential coverage for upselling opportunities.
Ensure the accuracy for underwriting the risk.
Present the final quote and request the sale.
Complete the application process.
Discuss payment options, explain the process, and collect payment.
Pull all related reports.
Record all conversation with accurate details.
Support your individual sales assistant when required.
Advise and assist the customer.
Work independently and as part of an intricate team.
This position is full time, offering full benefit package, paid RIBO license renewal, a base salary with the addition of a bonus payment based on production.
Salary: From $45,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Bonus pay
