Full-Time Personal Lines Customer Service Team Lead
Job Description
*REMOTE WITH OFFICE ATTENDANCE FOR MEETINGS AND EVENTS*
PERSONAL LINES CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Use your proven track record as an experienced results driven leader or supervisor to coach and lead a dynamic team of professional customer service specialists
Your primary focus will be to ensure your team is well trained and skilled in how to cross sell home and auto and capture LOA’s
You will ensure that your team’s performance is optimized and continually learning and progressing through your coaching and training
Your mentoring of your team will take them to new levels of effectiveness, performance and excellence
You will ensure that your team is earning 5-star Google reviews after every customer service call
You will set goals and measure and report on performance metrics to senior management
You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring new customer service team members
You will become a subject matter expert in all products and insurance company portals as well as our company BMS
Conduct and lead weekly team meetings
Completely monthly desk audits
Manage vacation schedules and time off requests to ensure appropriate customer service levels and standards are maintained
Utilize live listen and phone recordings to coach your team of professionals
Effectively handle escalations on the spot without the need for further escalation to senior management
Qualifications:
Currently working as a supervisor, lead or manager
5 years or more Personal Lines Insurance leadership experience
Current insurance brokerage experience
RIBO license required
Ability to prove a track record of success leading insurance professionals
