Full-Time Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager

We are looking for a full time CSR to join our team. The ideal person for this role needs to be reliable, detail oriented with a positive attitude and highly developed customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain client retention and satisfaction levels
- Work with various insurer portals
- Correspond with underwriters
- Review policy documents and coverage
- Provide claims advice
- Provide support to our team of producers
Qualifications:
- RIBO Licensed
- Strong Customer Focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills
