Job Description

Our client is looking to add to their Personal Lines team.  They provide an environment for their employees which emphasis team work, personal and career growth.

Personal Lines – RIBO Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to insureds for their auto, and property insurance needs
  • Act as an advisor for personal lines insurance matters
  • Educate insureds on new products and coverages
  • Act on cross sell and upselling opportunities
  • Provide first point of contact for claims calls and refer details to insurance companies
  • Follow up with insureds to ensure claims are being handled to the insureds satisfaction
  • Work cooperatively with other team members

Qualifications

  • 3+ years insurance industry experience
  • Knowledge of underwriting guidelines for most major markets
  • RIBO license in good standing
  • Working knowledge of Sigxp would be an asset
  • CIP or CAIB designation or working toward is an asset
