Full-Time Personal Lines – Customer Service Rep (RIBO)

Job Description
Our client is looking to add to their Personal Lines team. They provide an environment for their employees which emphasis team work, personal and career growth.
Personal Lines – RIBO Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to insureds for their auto, and property insurance needs
- Act as an advisor for personal lines insurance matters
- Educate insureds on new products and coverages
- Act on cross sell and upselling opportunities
- Provide first point of contact for claims calls and refer details to insurance companies
- Follow up with insureds to ensure claims are being handled to the insureds satisfaction
- Work cooperatively with other team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years insurance industry experience
- Knowledge of underwriting guidelines for most major markets
- RIBO license in good standing
- Working knowledge of Sigxp would be an asset
- CIP or CAIB designation or working toward is an asset
