Requirements:
• Current RIBO license
• Working knowledge of a Broker system
• Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service experience
• 2-5 years’ experience working with a variety of insurers
• High performance team player
• Great rapport skills and efficiency
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
