Job Description
Our Client is a very well-established boutique insurance company with locations in Woodbridge and Oakville, Ontario. They have a strong workplace culture that challenges and encourages team members to become leaders in all aspects of their lives. They are growing at a rapid rate and are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Lines CSR, for their Woodbridge location.
The Customer Service Representative will provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to our Personal Lines customers by servicing and maintaining an existing portfolio. They will follow processes and procedures as well as achieve defined performance objectives that will ultimately contribute to the continual growth of the brokerage.
Duties and Requirements:
- RIBO license required
- Team player with strong work ethics
- Experience with broker systems (Power broker an asset but not mandatory)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel an asset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer experience service
- Pleasant, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Understanding of common insurance terminology
- Minimum 3 years insurance industry experience
- Salary: 45,000 – $60,000
