Personal Lines CSR – Fluent in Spanish
Our client is seeking a RIBO licensed Personal Lines CSR with a minimum of 1 year of experience who is fluent in Spanish.
- RIBO licensed
- 1 year of Personal Lines Experience
- Compuquote experience
- Bilingual – English/Spanish – fluent written and spoken
Responsibitlies:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries
- prepare quotations
- process endorsements
- prepare and review renewals
- follow up with clients
- capitalize on opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and seek out referrals
