Job Description

Our client has remained an independent insurance brokerage for over 100 years. They assist thousands of customers whist always making each customer feel like they are their only customer. Service comes first to them. They are looking for an exceptional Personal Lines CSR to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• • Manage the complete customer service experience for clients in the assigned book of business including handling general inquiries, managing policy changes, reviewing policy documents, reporting and following up on claims, complaints, etc.

• • Issue policies and changes on various insurer online portals; maintaining professional and collaborative relationships with key underwriters

• • Review and process renewals, endorsements and midterm changes; rewriting/remarketing where necessary to enhance the client experience

• • Provide advice and counsel on personal and commercial lines matters

• • Ensure maximum retention of assigned personal lines and commercial book of business

• • Ensure that all policy documentation is managed and communicated in a timely manner to clients.

• • Thoroughly document all client and underwriter communications in SigXP

• • Upgrade processes and procedures to help us adapt to growth

• • Monitor and meet all RIBO Continuing Education Requirements

What you will need:

• • Minimum 1 or more years of experience In Personal Insurance with exposure to commercial lines an asset

• • R.I.B.O. Licensed

• • Experience with Microsoft Office, Compuquote, SigXP an asset, and other various software including E-Sign, and other various industry tools

• • Strong Organizational, time management and customer service skills
