Full-Time Personal Lines CSR – North York, Ontario
Job Description
Our Client is a well-established, family-run brokerage in the North York area. They have a strong workplace culture that challenges and encourages team members to become long-term employees. They are seeking a professional and experienced Personal Lines CSR to join their team.
The ideal candidate will provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to home and auto customers by servicing and maintaining an existing portfolio. They will follow processes and procedures as well as contribute to the continual growth of the brokerage.
Duties and Requirements:
- RIBO license required
- Team player with strong work ethics
- Experience with broker systems (Power broker an asset but not mandatory)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel an asset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer experience service
- Pleasant, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Understanding of common insurance terminology
- Minimum 3 years insurance industry experience
