Our client is looking for a Senior Personal Lines CSR who enjoys building their book through capitalizing on Cross-selling and Upselling Opportunities.
The ideal Candidate is RIBO licensed with 5 years of experience. A motivated self started who is dedicated to providing a superior customer experience with each interaction.
Qualifications:
- RIBO licensed
- 5 years of PL experience
- Knowledge of SIGXP and Applied Rating (CQ) an asset
- exceptional communication skills
- organized with excellent time management skills
- ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast paced team environment
- attention to detail
- ability to capitalize on sales opportunities
