Job Description

Looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (RIBO licensed) for an 18 month maternity leave with the potential for rollover into a permanent position.

Location is North York, Ontario (407 & Keele)

– Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
– Sound knowledge of the insurance industry, policies and products
– Proficiency with Applied EPIC, Compu-quote and carrier portals preferred
– Strong work ethic and organizational skills a must
– RIBO License required
– Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
– University Degree or College Diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation an asset
