Job Description
Located downtown Toronto, our client is a privately-held independent organization providing insurance and risk management since 1982. They believe that Client service is rewarded with client loyalty so they do not operate call centers and do not outsource their operations.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 based on years of experience.
Job Description:
The CSR would be required to provide full service to an assigned portfolio of accounts as well as work with producers. The position would require the individual to handle renewals, endorsements, quotations and applications for new business as well as assisting clients with their claims. This is a salaried position.
Skills & Experience:
· 3 – 10 years Personal Lines brokerage experience
· Strong communications skills
· Team player
· Committed to provide professional service to clients
Education & Knowledge:
· RIBO license
· TAM (The Agency Manager), Applied (Compu-quote), company portals
