Full-Time PERSONAL LINES CSR
Job Description
Work in partnership with some of Canada’s most prestigious insurance companies. Canadian Owned and Operated Mississauga brokerage is looking for a Personal Lines CSR. Almost their entire customer base comes from referrals from satisfied customers – many of whom have been with them for generations.
Job Summary:
Communicating with clients through email and phone to collect information, assess insurance needs, and provide insurance coverage
Process policy changes and renewals, assist clients in a claim processes, process payments, ordering history reports, preparing certificates and binders, completing new business applications, scan and filing documents
Underwriting, assisting producers, able to work independently to resolve issues that may arise with a risk.
Able to work well under pressure without frazzle
Requirements:
- 7 – 10 years RIBO licensed
- Experience on The Agency Manager System
- Knowledge of company portals is also a must:
- Eco, Travelers, Aviva, Intact/Jevco, Pembridge/Pafco, SGI, Coachman and Wawanesa, MGA’S Premier and Forward
- Would prefer someone who will come to the office.
Additional Responsibilities
- There maybe some basic commercial help required from time to time.
- Also an opportunity to grow and learn in commercial if one wishes to.
