Full-Time Personal Lines CSR
Job Description
Personal Lines CSR required for our North Vancouver Head Office.
The available position will consist of five 8hr shifts per week which will fall within our business hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00PM (times are negotiable). This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days in-office and 2 remote working days per week.

We are a mid sized insurance brokerage with 2 locations, North Vancouver and Quesnel.
Our brokerage puts a focus on customer service and technology to give our customers quick and convenient service.

About the position:
Job duties will include all aspects of servicing existing Personal Lines Accounts as well as new business.
Level 1 license required, level 2 and/or ICBC training an asset.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a person who has demonstrated excellent customer service skills through previous employment and who is also proficient in Microsoft Office. You will need above average computer skills as we use multiple systems to process and issue insurance. A friendly and professional appearance is also a must as our customers expect professionalism and we strive to deliver it. Our agency uses TAM and Compuquote so previous experience with this software is an asset.
Salary negotiable based on previous experience, attitude, and job-related skills.
Training in commercial insurance and account management available for motivated individuals.
