They are looking to add a new Personal Lines CSR to their team to service the cottage clientele.  Experience is not as important as a GREAT personality.  Looking for someone who LOVES to talk on the phone, is EAGER to learn, willing to dive right in and WORK HARD.  You must be great with Excel & Powerbroker.  Knowledge of General is a bonus.  University degree is an added bonus.

You will be following up with approximately 30-40 quotes through the website each week, accepting inbound calls, creating formal quote, processing applications, contact with lawyers, and will be the first point of contact for claims.  No pressure sales.  Not a call centre.  Not dealing with people who are upset.

There will be a bonus structure in place for 2022.  Full benefits and 3 weeks vacation.
