Our Client is Seeking an Insurance Service Representative to join their team!

As a Personal Lines Insurance CSR you will be processing endorsements, writing new business, answering phones, taking payments, re-quoting and cross-selling existing accounts, helping answer client questions, etc.

You must meet the following requirements:

Have a RIBO license with at least 2 years of experience.
You show up on time and work hard every day
You know your way around computers,
Amazing phone etiquette.
Great people skills.
Most importantly : Have a great attitude

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
