Job Description
Personal Lines – Customer Service Representative.
Our ideal candidate will have CSR minimum 2 years insurance experience and knowledge of MS Office and Compu-Quote.
This position will require strong organizational skills and dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
Duties include servicing existing clients (telephone calls, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, etc.), quoting new & existing clients, up-selling and re marketing of renewals as necessary. Power Broker experience would be an asset. Regular hours for this position will be 8:30am to 4:30pmFor over 45 years, this brokerage has proudly worked with Ontario residents in communities across the province, including Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, and everywhere else in between. During this time, they have helped thousands of people get cheap insurance quotes and save money on insurance.

Requirements:
A Valid RIBO License in good standing is a MUST
Community College or University Degree an asset
Strong customer service orientation
Strong organizations skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
Positive and confident attitude
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Professional appearance and telephone manners
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); company portals
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a book of business
Community College or University Degree an asset
